The overarching concept behind an SST outfitted room is the ability for one coach to train 50 athletes in 50 minutes in a space as small as 1,500 sq. ft. Pulling this off requires highly functional commercial grade equipment which provides maximum functionality in as small a space as possible.

All SST rooms give coaches the equipment suitable to perform all exercises in ‘The System’ Manual, as well as many more. The center piece of an SST room are the racks or cages coupled with numerous attachments and accessories all within arms reach away. This allows 3-4 athletes to workout in a 12’ x 12’ area while performing literally hundreds of different exercises available to them. ‘
